I find it difficult to believe that Outlook is intended to be an inferior product to Outlookbut am very unlikely to continue with the product as matters stand.

What is the type of email account you have setup in Outlook ? EAS account refers to Hotmail. How many email accounts do you have in Outlook ?
What are the steps you have already tried to resolve this issue? Send us a brief of all the steps which you have already tried and not worked so far.
Create a new Outlook Profile following the steps from the article below:. After creating the new Outlook Profile, try setting up your email accounts one by one in the new Profile using the manual configuration option.

This was solved and then outlook started going slow and and been getting progressively worse. The programs that i have installed since upgrading to include updates on programs that i have been using for years eg Dropbox and crash plan. I have worked with Bitdefender and run various checks with them to ensure that my computer is virus free.
Since I update 2 desktop to Office and outlook it is a nightmare. Everything is slow. Connection to exchange server takes sometimes 5 minutes to succeed, during sync when it works it hangs the all outlook and became non responsive.
Why puishing update if version is unstable, its ia areall nightmare and I start to be really desapointed on the way update gets pushed and analyse. Windows 10 and newest Outlook have done all that has been suggested and server updates still take nearly 30 seconds to establish a rule. I have today just bought my wife a new HP desktop- Windows 10 all upgraded and Office downloaded- Outlook setup for her- It is so slow we can't use it, emails take 45 minutes to arrive at least! Both have windows phones and Surface as well but this is not moving forward but backwards and I am paying a monthly subscription which now is only to use Word and Excel!
